Service Description

This training package has been created exclusively by Safe Steps by experts in managing and assessing risk. This face to face two day training package will focus on teaching staff the methods of risk assessment, understanding risks and how to ensure the safety of both staff and other users of the services they work for. Staff will be taught how to use the Safe Steps risk assessment tool, which has been designed to capture and flag specific risks, including sections on steps to reduce risk and contingency planning for specific scenarios. The Safe Steps digital risk assessment tool is provided as standard with this package.
