QUESTIONS: What qualifications do you have to provide this training?

A: Both founders and trainers working at Safer Steps are qualified Probation Officers with extensive experience working in the Justice System, with expertise in risk and offending behaviour. Both Adam and Emma have a minimum of a Bachelor degree with a postgraduate diploma in Probation Practice and extensive workplace training and experience. Adam and Emma are both DBS checked and vetted by the British Government.
