Adam Dolby
Adam Dolby is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the National Probation Service. For the past two years, he has excelled as a Senior Probation Officer, playing a pivotal role in the Offender Personality Disorder team. Adam’s extensive background includes managing complex and high-risk cases, collaborating closely with psychologists to ensure the best outcomes for those he supports. His expertise spans multi-agency work, sentence management, and addressing the needs of individuals with complex mental health issues, addiction, and homelessness. Adam’s dedication and comprehensive approach make him a cornerstone of our organization.

Emma Breadner
Emma Breadner is a qualified probation officer who has worked in the Justice System for 5 years. Emma initially worked in prison in a sexual offending interventions team, trained in facilitation of therapeutic interventions of medium and high risk sex offenders. Emma worked alongside and was trained by Chartered Forensic Psychologists in attachment, personality disorders, sexual offending, deviant sexual interests and working therapeutically. Emma was a qualified HMPPS facilitator. Emma then moved into community probation where she gained her qualification in Probation Practice and worked with many types of offending, complexities and support needs. Emma is highly experienced and knowledgeable in multi-agency working, child and adult safeguarding, analysis of offending, risk assessing and management and rehabilitation of people who perpetrate crime. Emma's expertise in understanding, managing and rehabilitating those who sexually offend and her combined therapeutic and risk management experience make up the foundations of what Safer Steps aims to provide to communities, companies and charities.
